Opt a HubSpot account into a beta feature

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

The Product Updates page provides a centralized view of new and relevant updates, organized into sections with simplified navigation and direct actions. Browse updates tailored to your account activity, search for specific updates, and join betas. This helps reduce the time spent reviewing updates and makes it easier to identify relevant changes, understand their purpose, and take action. For example, if your team frequently uses reporting tools, the page may highlight new reporting features so you can join the beta.

Permissions required Super Admin permissions are required to opt an account into a beta feature.

Please note:  if you're a Super Admin, you can opt your account into the Personalized Product Updates beta.

Before you get started

Before reviewing product updates or enrolling in beta features, make sure you understand the requirements and limitations that apply.

  • Seeing an update on the Product Updates page doesn’t guarantee access to that feature. Beta availability can depend on your subscription, permissions, rollout stage, and approval by the product team.
  • Using or joining a beta gives you early access to functionality in your production environment under the HubSpot Beta Terms. Beta features are still being tested. Joining a beta doesn't remove existing features or change your account settings. You may be asked to give feedback.
  • HubSpot may limit or close beta signups to control capacity, collect feedback, and avoid issues before a broader rollout. If a beta is closed or full, wait until spots reopen.
  • Private beta requests are reviewed manually and may be approved or denied. Approval timing varies.
