BetaConnect your TikTok ad account to HubSpot
Last updated: March 16, 2026
Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:
Connect your TikTok account to HubSpot to manage your ads and customer data in one place. In HubSpot, you can track how your TikTok ads are performing, see exactly which ads are leading to new sales, and automatically send your HubSpot contact lists to TikTok to help target your ads more effectively.
Use case: Closing the attribution loop
It’s hard to tell if someone who watched your TikTok video actually bought something later. You might see "likes" on TikTok and "new customers" in HubSpot, but no way to prove they are the same people.
By linking your TikTok ad account to HubSpot, you can follow the full path: a person clicks your TikTok ad, fills out a form on your site, and eventually becomes a customer. HubSpot tracks this journey automatically, showing you exactly which videos are making money and which ones aren't, so you know where to spend your budget.
Before you get started
Please note the following:
- You must have Account Access permissions in HubSpot.
- You must have an active TikTok For Business account.
Connect your TikTok ads account
To get started, you’ll need to link your TikTok For Business account to HubSpot.
If you have never used the Ads tool before:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Ads.
- Click Get started with ads.
- Click the TikTok icon and follow the authentication flow.
If you already have other ad accounts in HubSpot:
- In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar, under Tools, click Marketing, then click Ads.
- Click Connect account.
- Click the TikTok icon and follow the authentication flow.
- In the Choose TikTok ad accounts dialog box, click the checkboxes next to any existing HubSpot ad accounts you want to link to your TikTok account. If you'd like to create a new one, click Create ad account.
- To track ads for reporting and attribution, toggle the Auto tracking switch on for each ad account.
- Click Connect accounts.
Review reporting and attribution
Once connected, your TikTok campaigns will show up in the Manage and Analyze tabs. Campaign, ad group, and ad-level reporting are available in the same places as other social networks.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Ads.
- Click the Manage tab to view details about your TikTok ad campaigns. To manage a specific campaign, hover over the campaign in the table, then select View details. In the right side panel, review campaign information. Click Edit at the bottom to update information.
- Click the Analyze tab to view metrics about your ad campaigns. Use the filters to adjust which metrics are visible. To save metrics as a report, navigate to that metric and click Save report. In the right side panel, adjust your report settings, then click Next. Select the level of access you want to grant, then click Save.
If you turned on auto-tracking when you connected your TikTok account, HubSpot will append UTM parameters to the end of your ad URL and will be able to track which contacts have interacted with your ads. From that, HubSpot will be able to calculate how many deals were made from TikTok and how much ROI they've resulted in.
Create a contact segment audience or lookalike audience
TikTok supports creating a contact segment audience or a lookalike audience.
-
Contact segment audiences: allow you to create an audience from a contact segment in your CRM to re-engage with contacts wherever they are online.
- Lookalike audiences: allow you to create an audience based on your ideal customer and expand your reach to people who are more likely to convert.
To create an audience:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Ads.
- In the top right, click Create, then select Audience.
- In the right side panel, click Contact segment or Lookalike.
- Contact segment:
- Click the Contact segment dropdown menu to select a segment. The number of contacts that will be sent to the ad network will appear. If any contacts are not set as marketing contacts, you can add them to the send out and register them by clicking the Set all contacts as marketing contacts checkbox.
- Click the Ad account dropdown menu to select the ad account.
- Type the audience name.
- Click Save.
- Lookalike:
- Click the Source audience dropdown menu to select a source. The ad account will appear below.
- Click the Target location dropdown menu to select a target location.
- Move the dial to select whether you want the audience size to be narrow or broad.
- Click the Include source checkbox to include the source.
- Click Save.
- Contact segment:
