The ad account status in HubSpot's ads tool shows connection, tracking, and lead syncing issues for your connected advertising accounts. When issues are detected, the status displays the number of problems and links to resolution steps or the relevant HubSpot settings page.

For example, if your Facebook Ads account becomes disconnected, the status flags it with a red dot and links you to reconnect the account directly from the ads tool.

Before you get started

  • At least one advertising account must be connected to HubSpot.
  • You must have Ads View permissions or higher.
  • Your network account must be connected to the relevant ad accounts in HubSpot. For example, to view and resolve issues for a Meta ad account, your Facebook account must be connected to that ad account in HubSpot.
