A guide to the partner client management dashboard

As a HubSpot partner, managing your clients and partner tier is important to your business. Use the partner dashboard to view and manage your clients, understand your partner tier, and reach the HubSpot team that supports you as a partner.

View your clients and manage their renewals

View your clients

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Partner > Dashboard.
  • In the Alerts section, view the number of upcoming renewal decisions.
  • In the Clients section, view a list of your clients, the products they own, the relationship, their usage of the HubSpot product, and the monthly recurring revenue associated to them.
  • To access more information on an existing client, hover over the client and click the Actions dropdown menu:
    • Client details: click to view the specific client's details in the right panel, including the client's company information, the subscriptions they have with HubSpot, and their contact and email tiers.
    • Company in Crm: click to access the company record of your client in your companies dashboard.
    • Go to clients portal: click to access the client's HubSpot account.
    • End services: click to inform HubSpot that you're no longer providing services to this client.

Manage client renewals

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Partner > Dashboard.
  • In the left sidebar menu, click Renewals to view all your client renewals.

  • To view and manage only upcoming renewals, click the Renewals to act on tab. In the table, view the following information:
    • Client: the client's domain.
    • Renewal owner: the party responsible for relaying the details of an upcoming contract change to your client.
    • Product renewals: the products the client owns and is about require a renewal decision.
    • Renewal deadline: the last date for altering contract terms. This is 45 days before renewal start date.
    • Current MRR: the current monthly recurring revenue.
    • Renewal MRR: the renewal monthly recurring revenue.

  • To view more details on the renewal, hover over the client, click the Actions dropdown menu, and select Renewal details. In the right panel:
    • View the current renewal communication owner. To edit the owner for this specific client, click Edit renewal owner and in the dialog box, click the Renewal communication owner dropdown menu to select one of the following options:
      • Default setting: the owner will be the default owner set in your partner settings. Learn how to set your default renewal communication owner.
      • HubSpot: all notices and reminders of any upcoming renewals will be sent directly to the client’s decision maker. To copy a user in these notices and reminders, click the Select partner user to be notified dropdown menu and select the user.
      • Partner: all notices and reminders of any upcoming renewals will be sent directly to the partner point of contact, for their action with the client. Click the Select partner point of contact for renewals dropdown menu to select the user who will be the point of contact for the client.
    • View the HubSpot renewal manager for this client. To send an email to them, click Send email.
    • View the details of the renewal, including the number of days to the renewal. To view more details on the upcoming renewal options in a new page, click View renewal options.
  • To access your client's HubSpot account in a new page, hover over the client, click the Actions dropdown menu, and select Go to clients portal.
  • To remove a client from your upcoming renewals, hover over the client, click the Actions dropdown menu, and select End services. Once you cancel the renewal, you'll no longer receive email communication when that client is coming up on contract changes or renewals.

View your partner tier

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Partner > Dashboard.
  • Click the Partner Tier tab.
  • View your current credited tier, current performance, median app usage, and partner certified status.

View and reach your HubSpot Team

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Partner > Dashboard.
  • Click the HubSpot Team tab.
  • View your current Channel Account Manager and Channel Consultant, with a brief description of how they support you as a partner.
  • Click Send email to send your Channel Account Manager or Channel Consultant an email with your queries from your default email client.
