Yes, you may update the predictive lead score model if it has been at least 90 days since your last model was built.*

To see if your portal is eligible to update the predictive lead score model:
  • Navigate in HubSpot Marketing to Contacts > Lead Scoring.

When you confirm that you'd like to rebuild your model HubSpot will check to make sure that you have enough data to re-score your contacts. If you're working with a default model because your account did not meet the criteria to build a custom model at the time of the initial build and there is still not have enough data to create a custom model, your rebuilt model will simply be the most updated version of the same default predictive model you currently have.

HubSpot may take up to 48 hours to re-score your contacts. You'll receive an email confirmation letting you know that your model has been build and you can continue using predictive lead scoring.

*We're always working to improve the scoring model! The button to rebuild your model may appear before 90 days if there are new updates for you to take advantage of.

Please note that it is not possible to disable Predictive Lead Scoring once it has been set up.
