How do I create a list based on lead flow or collected form submissions?

Learn how to use the lists tool to segment your contacts based on lead flow or collected form submission.

Please note: Collected forms are currently in beta for Markting Basic, Professional, and Enterprise portals.

To create a list of contacts who have filled out your lead flow or collected form:

  • Navigate in HubSpot Marketing to ContactsLists
  • Click New List in the upper right-hand corner
  • For the list criteria, select Form SubmissionContact has filled out form or Contact has not filled out form
  • In the dropdown, start typing "Lead flow" or "Collected form" and you will see the respective options appear > Select your lead flow or collected form
  • If applicable, add any additional criteria you'd like to use to segment your contacts
  • Click Done > then name your list by clicking Name ListSave
