How do I manually add contacts in a list to a Workflow?

Follow the steps below to manually enroll a list of contacts or certain contacts in a list into a workflow. Please note: the workflow must be live to be available from the list view.

From the list

  • Navigate to Contacts > Lists.
  • Click on the name of the list you want to enroll in your workflow.
  • Check the box to Select All Contacts (or check the boxes next to individual contacts if desired).
  • Click Enroll in workflow.

Select your active workflow from the drop-down options.
  • Select the desired workflow.
  • Click Enroll.

From the workflow

  • Navigate to Contacts > Workflows. 
  • Click the name of the workflow. 
  • In the top right-hand corner, click Enroll

  • Click Enroll from a list.

  • Select your list from the dropdown, then click Enroll
