Why wasn’t a new Contact added to HubSpot CRM when I emailed them through HubSpot Sales?

Contacts emailed through HubSpot Sales will not be added to HubSpot CRM if their email domain matches your company domain. For example, if your company domain is fifthseasonadventure.com, an email sent to ben.w@fifthseasonadventure.com will not create a new contact in the CRM.

If your emails are not being tracked using HubSpot Sales, try sending a test email to hello@getsidekick.com, then following the troubleshooting steps here
