Why wasn’t a new contact added to HubSpot CRM when I emailed them through HubSpot Sales?

Contacts emailed using HubSpot Sales will not be added to HubSpot CRM if their email domain matches your company domain. For example, if your company domain is, an email sent to will not create a new contact in the CRM.
