While there isn't a built-in functionality that allows you to reply to a HubSpot-hosted blog comment as the company listed in your HubSpot account, you can reply and enter in your company information. To do so:
- In your HubSpot Marketing Basic, Professional, or Enterprise account, navigate to Content > Blog.
- Select the correct blog from the dropdown menu at the top of your blog dashboard.
- Click Comments in the left sidebar menu.
- Hover over the comment and click Reply.
- The dialog box will auto-fill information based on your HubSpot user information. Edit this information to use the name of your company and a general contact email address. Add your reply in the Comment field, then click Reply.
