Why wasn't an email notification sent to our subscribers after a blog post was published?

If your COS Blog Tool did not send an email notification to your blog subscribers, make sure the notification emails are turned 'ON'. You can easily review whether your blog subscription options are enabled by navigating to Content > Content Settings > Blog > Subscriptions. As detailed below, you can click 'ON' or 'OFF' for the notifications you wish to have enabled or disabled.
