Can I delete the Section Separators from my Template?

No. Section Separators cannot be deleted from a HubSpot template as these separate the Header, Main Body, and Footer sections. Specifically, these separators dictate the .header-container-wrapper, .body-container-wrapper, and .footer-container-wrapper classes that make up the Boilerplate CSS for COS templates.

You can move these to the bottom or top of the template if you wish to, however, it is not recommended and can cause a multitude of issues on your pages.

Please note that the Section Separators do not add additional spacing or styling to your template, and it is strongly encouraged that you use them for the sake of maintaining organized page templates. If you are experiencing space or gaps between your header, body, and footer sections, we’d suggest looking at the CSS margins or padding that is applied to the modules in those sections, as they may be creating unintended space.
