Export your blog and page performance data

Export performance data for your blog posts or pages in a CSV, XLS, or XLSX file. To download HTML files of your pages and posts, follow the steps here.

 

To export blog data:

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Website > Blog.
  • In the upper left, click the dropdown menu to select the blog you'd like to view data for.

  • Click the Analyze tab to view information for your published posts.

  • Scroll down to see your posts broken down by Most Recent Posts, Top Posts by Views, Top Posts by Click-throughs, andTop Posts by Conversions. Click See all posts for the relevant report to see information about the all of your posts.
  • Filter by date range, author, or tags as needed, then click Export in the upper-right hand corner.

  • In the dialog box, click the File format dropdown menu and select the file format for your export file. Enter the Email to receive the file.
  • Click Export to receive an email with a download link to your export file.

 

To export website or landing page data:

  • In the dialog box, click the File format dropdown menu and select the file format for your export file. Enter the Email to receive the file.
  • Click Export to receive an email with a download link to your export file.
