I'm trying to add my domain and get a message that it was added by another HubSpot customer.

If your domain name was being used on a trial that has expired or an old portal, you may need to contact HubSpot Support to have them release the domain name before it can be used on a new portal. HubSpot's Support Team can be reached at 1-888-HubSpot (1-888-482-7768) extension 3 and one of our representatives will help you transfer the domain to your active portal.
