What does archiving do to my HubSpot content?

You may choose to archive your content in HubSpot to remove clutter from the main dashboard for a particular content tool. This action simply moves your email, landing page, website page, blog post, or file to an Archive section in the tool.

When a piece of content is archived it is not deleted or unpublished (unless you decide to choose archive and unpublish at the end of the steps below) and you can still use the asset as live content. To archive your content:

  • In your HubSpot Marketing account, navigate to Content > Website PagesLanding Pages, Blog, or Email.
  • Hover over the page, post, or email that you'd like to archive > click More Archive.
  • In the pop-up window that appears, click Archive to confirm. If your content is currently live, you can also choose to Archive and unpublish if you'd prefer to remove the content from your live site.
  • This piece of content can now be accessed in your list of Archived emails or pages. Read more here.
