How do I add an audio file to my HubSpot page or blog post?

Last updated: November 14, 2017

In addition to adding images and videos to your HubSpot pages or blog posts, you may wish to add an audio file for readers to listen to. In order to save this file type in your file manager, you'll need to obtain the embed code for the audio file.

As one example, you could try using a website called SoundCloud where you may sign up with your Facebook or Google account then search, upload, and share music/audio files.

  • On, once you have uploaded or found the audio file you wish to embed on your page or blog post, click Share.

  •  Click Embed > Copy the embed code (highlight text > CTRL+C)

  • Paste the embed code into the Tools > Source Code of your HubSpot page or blog post

While in the editor, the audio file will appear as a light blue box, but when you preview and publish your page or blog post, it will display a graphic pulled from where the audio file lives.
