How do I add or change the campaign associated with a sent email?

It is possible to change the Campaign of a sent email, however, only the sent and opened statistics will display within the new Campaign. The visit from a link clicked in an email is tied to the original Campaign based on the tracking parameters added to the URL in the sent email. It is not possible to update a visit to the new Campaign, so visit data will always be associated with the original Campaign.

To add a Campaign to a sent email or change the Campaign associated with a sent email:

  • Navigate to Content > Email > click on the name of an email.
  • Click on the Show more info button.

  • Next, click on the Pencil icon next to the current campaign associated to the email.

  • Choose a different Campaign to associate with the email, and click on Update Campaign.
