Your CRM Dashboard gives you an overview of your team's productivity. You can also filter by a particular user to get an idea of how many calls, emails, tasks, and meetings each of your reps is completing.
- Navigate to Dashboard in the top navigation bar of your CRM account.
- Use the dropdowns at the top of the dashboard to filter by user, timeframe, and/or pipeline.
- Review the Productivity report on the Dashboard. This section shows you the number of calls placed, emails sent, meetings held, notes created, and tasks completed for the timeframe, user(s), and pipeline(s) selected.
Please note: if there has been no activity in one of these categories (call, email, meeting, note, or task) during the selected timeframe, the category will not appear in the Productivity report.
- Hover over one of these statistics and click Quick view to see a list of the specific activities in that category.
