How do I view my team's productivity in the CRM?

Your CRM dashboard gives you an overview of your team's productivity. You can filter productivity metrics by users to get an idea of how many calls, emails, tasks, and meetings each of your reps is completing. 

  • In your HubSpot account, click Dashboard in the main navigation menu.
  • Use the dropdowns at the top of the dashboard to filter by team member or timeframe.

    • Review the Productivity report on the Dashboard. This section shows you the number of calls placed, emails sent, meetings held, notes created, and tasks completed for the timeframe and user(s) selected.

Please note: if there has been no activity in one of these categories (call, email, meeting, note, or task) during the selected timeframe, the category will not appear in the Productivity report.

  • Hover over one of these statistics and click Quick view to see a list of the specific activities in that category.
