What type of emails will appear in the Email section of the Dashboard?

In the Email section of the main Dashboard, any non-automated emails that were sent during the current month will appear.

  • The following emails will not appear on the Dashboard: automated emails used in a workflow, simple follow-up emails, and draft emails.
  • Note: After an email is sent, it will take a few hours before it appears on the main Dashboard.
