How can I use multiple deal pipelines in the CRM?

Depending on your product subscription, the number of deal pipelines you can create varies. HubSpot CRM Free and HubSpot Sales Starter users can have one deal pipeline in their account, while HubSpot Sales Professional users can have up to 20 in their account.

  • In your HubSpot Sales account, navigate to Settings.
  • Choose Sales from the left-side menu and then click Deals.
  • Scroll down to the Deal Pipelines and Stages section and click Add another pipeline.

Please note: this feature is not available if you have the Salesforce Integration installed.

  • In the dialog box that appears, give the new pipeline a name and create deal stages to align with your unique sales process.  
When you head back to your deals dashboard, the title of your pipeline will now be available from the Pipeline dropdown menu. Select it to view the pipeline.

When creating a new deal, you will be given the option to select which pipeline the deal should be added to.
