If you are sending emails from Gmail with the track email option selected, but you are not receiving instant notifications, you may have plain text mode enabled.
When plain text mode is enabled, the HubSpot Sales tracking pixel which is used to identify opens is removed before the email is sent.
To fix this, you'll need to ensure that you have not selected plain text:
- Click the down arrow in your email compose window.
- If Plain text mode is checked (as in the image below), click on this option to uncheck.
