This "Network Failed" notification comes directly from the Chrome browser and generally means a couple of different things:
- There may be a slow connection between the Chrome Web Store and your computer, which would case a timeout and the "Network Failed" error
- There may be security software installed on your computer preventing you from downloading a mail extension to your Chrome Browser
We recommend either lowering your security settings in order to download the HubSpot Sales extension to Chrome or connect with your IT team to see if they allow mail tracking tool to be installed in browsers.
By relaxing the security on which extensions you are able to download, you may then be able to install the the HubSpot Sale's Chrome extension.
