Why am I not receiving notifications when sending a tracked email from Outlook?

Subscription: Basic, Professional, & Enterprise

You might be sending your emails in Plain Text or Rich Text format. Emails must be in HTML format in order for the HubSpot Sales tracking and notifications to work. 

You can fix this in Outlook by navigating to > File > Options > Mail.


If you are sending your emails in HTML and this does not solve your problem, you may be logged into multiple HubSpot Sales accounts which is something you can check here.
