How can I prevent HubSpot Sales from tracking emails sent from select email addresses?

HubSpot Sales allows you to disable tracking for any email addresses with which you have sent HubSpot Sales tracked emails in the past (Note: at this time, this functionality is only available for Gmail accounts). 

Turning off tracking for an account will fully disable the extension for the account. This will remove the ability to use Sales features like sequences, templates, documents, and the "Log in CRM" button in your inbox.

To disable tracking:

  • In your HubSpot Sales account, navigate to Settings Email Integrations.
  • Click the HubSpot Extensions tab. 
  • In the Tracking section, toggle the switch next to the email address you do not want to be tracked.

Please note: Although you can toggle the switch for each address to turn tracking on or off, it is not possible to remove email addresses from this list. If tracking has been turned off for that address, HubSpot Sales has no connection or access to that email address.

HubSpot Sales will continue to send notifications for tracked emails that were sent prior to disabling tracking.
