How can I add company personalization to my marketing emails?

You can use company personalization in your HubSpot marketing emails when you have the company/accounts Salesforce sync enabled.

  • In your HubSpot Marketing Hub Basic, Professional, or Enterprise account, navigate to Marketing > Email.
  • Click into a rich text module in the email editor. Click Insert > Personalization Token
  • Select Company from the Type dropdown, and select a company property from the Property dropdown. Enter a default value, or choose to Use this property's global default value. Click Insert.
