How can I add company personalization to my marketing emails?

You can use company personalization in your HubSpot marketing emails when you have company/accounts Salesforce sync must be enabled.

To begin personalizing your emails using company information, follow the instructions below:

  • In your HubSpot Marketing account, navigate to Content > Email and select an email to edit.
  • Locate any rich text area and in the toolbar click on the Insert > Personalization Token
  • Select Company from the Category dropdown to see company properties to choose from > select your company property under the Token section > click Insert.
  • Verify your company personalization token is in place as desired from the text with the purple background in your email copy, as shown below:
