How can I add company personalization to emails?

  • Company/Accounts salesforce sync must be enabled for this feature.
  • Navigate to Content > Email and select an email to edit
  • Locate any rich text area and in the toolbar click on the Insert Personalization Token icon > Select Company in the dropdown to see Company properties to choose from
  • Click the desired Company property > Insert
