Why am I getting "Error parsing html style information" when sending a test email?

Check your email template modules and groups for invalid CSS in the Custom Inline Style field.

  • Navigate to your email and click on Actions > Edit Template
  • Click the Gear icon next to each of your modules/groups to review and remove any code under the Custom Inline Style and CSS Class fields
