Why am I not receiving my weekly or monthly marketing emails?

There are a few potential reasons why you might not be receiving your marketing reports from HubSpot via email. See below for an outline of possible causes.

First, make sure the notifications you're expecting are set up to send to you.

  • Click on your Account menu in the top right-hand corner of your account, then click Profile & Preferences.

  • Click Notifications in the left sidebar menu, and then click the Subscriptions tab. Make sure you have checked the boxes for weekly progress report or monthly marketing report.

Now, check your junk folder.

  • Sometimes emails from HubSpot end up in junk or spam folders in your inbox
  • Add noreply@hubspot.com and success@hubspot.com to your email address book to ensure that notification emails make it to your inbox
