Why am I seeing a "was not sent" message for the email I sent from the CRM?

If a recipient's email address has previously bounced HubSpot's system, he or she will not be sent email via the HubSpot CRM. An email bounce is an automated message from the recipient's mail server informing the sender about a delivery issue.  

If you know that email address is valid and believe the bounce was caused by a temporary server issue, you can reach out for help here and request the contact be made eligible for email. You can then attempt resending the message from the CRM.
