Why am I seeing an alert saying 'You already sent this email to this contact' in the CRM?

To save you from any missteps, if you try to send the a contact an email with the same subject line and body content as an email that you have already sent them, you will get an error message saying You already sent this email to this contact.

In order to be able to send your email, you will need to either modify the subject line or the body content to no longer match the email you have already sent to this contact.
