There are benefits of embedding a HubSpot form onto an external, non-HubSpot website page versus using your own form. These include:

  • Having a user-friendly way to create and manage the form in HubSpot without using code.
  • Ease of copying and pasting the HubSpot form's embed code onto your external website. Either paste onto your website yourself or simply provide the HubSpot embed code to your designer to paste.
  • After embedding the HubSpot form and pasting the HubSpot tracking code onto your external website, form submissions will appear in HubSpot automatically and create or update contact records along with tracking and analytics - no additional coding needed.
  • When it comes to styling, there are no shortage of opinions. However, styling is purely optional for embedded HubSpot forms since there is already default styling applied to make it look presentable.
