Why don't I see my property as a field when I create a form?

Available For:

Marketing: Basic, Pro, Enterprise
Sales: N/A

By default, most properties are automatically available in forms. However, if you created a custom property, it may not be set up to be available for use in forms. To check this:

  • Navigate to Contacts > Contacts Settings.
  • Find the property and click the name to make edits. 
  • Click to toggle the Use in forms? switch to YES.
  • Click Save Changes.

This property will now be available in the Fields tab of the form editor.
