Why does my form dashboard show fewer submissions than I actually have?

There are a few reasons your forms dashboard may show fewer submissions on your forms than expected: 

  • If a submission was just made, the analytics for your account may not have updated yet. This typically takes 20 minutes.
  • The selected date range may be incorrect. You can set this in the top left corner of the screen. By default the range is set to Last 30 Days.

  • Some of the submissions may have been made from filtered IP addresses. These submissions will not appear in the forms dashboard. You can learn more here.
  • The HubSpot tracking code is not installed or firing correctly. Learn how to verify that the tracking code is working here.
