Why is my form not showing the new fields after I complete the existing smart fields?

To have new fields replace completed smart fields on your form, there must be fields present in the Queued questions section of the form.

If the form is on a non-HubSpot page, the HubSpot tracking code must be installed on the page for the 'smart' functionality to work. HubSpot figures out who the visitor is based on the ability to add a cookie to their browser (by way of the tracking code). In the absence of the tracking code, HubSpot cannot look up fields that the contact previously filled out in order to display the correct fields when they visit the page with the form.
