Zapier is an amazing service that connects all of the apps that you use together. In doing so, it ensures that you've always got the right data in the right place, no matter what sales or marketing activity you are doing. And what's best, you can do it all in a few minutes without the help of a developer, all from inside the HubSpot app.
Each connection between HubSpot and another service is called a "Zap." A Zap is a blueprint for a task you want to do over and over. In words, a Zap looks like this: "When I get a new thing in A, do this other thing in B."
HubSpot users have found tremendous success using Zapier. Below, you'll find examples of the Zaps some of our customers have set up - hopefully they will help you think about how Zapier could help integrate and automate services at your company.
A powerful use case with Zapier is easily passing marketing data to where your Sales reps live, inside their CRM. Zapier looks for new data in HubSpot every 5 minutes, ensuring that your sales reps are getting a new lead in their hands almost instantly after the convert. For example, here is a Zap set up between HubSpot and Pipedrive CRM:
Great For: Quickly transferring leads between systems, closing the loop when a deal is won to measure your marketing ROI, automating a manual CSV import of data from CRM to HubSpot.

Some HubSpot users employ customer service and help applications to help turn detractors into promoters. Context is everything in inbound marketing, and it's particularly important for our eCommerce users, where repeat business is so important. To enrich HubSpot with purchasing data from an eCommerce shopping cart, Zapier is perfect.
