What does 'has not attended' mean for Webinars in the list builder?

  • A contact will be marked as not attending a webinar until GoToWebinar updates their record as having attended
  • GoToWebinar will update HubSpot with attendee data 15 minutes after the completion of a webinar

Note: This means that all contacts will be marked as not attending until after the completion of the webinar. This is important to keep in mind if you are building lists and workflows prior to holding a webinar.
