Why does my GoToWebinar attendee count show zero after the webinar has ended?

After the conclusion of a webinar, HubSpot may take as along as fifteen minutes to sync the attendee data from GoToWebinar. If the webinar ends early, HubSpot will not sync until fifteen minutes after the scheduled conclusion time. You can force an update in HubSpot by navigating to your GoToWebinar settings and toggling the webinar off/on.
