Can I make a list of contacts based on workflow performance data?

Follow the directions detailed below to create a list of contacts based on their performance in your workflow.

  • From your HubSpot Marketing account, navigate to Contacts > Lists > click the New List button at the top-right.
  • Begin segmenting your contacts from the left-pane by selecting Workflow Status.
  • Click the radio button next to your peformance-related workflow status filter such as Contact has met the workflow goal > choose your workflow from the dropdown menu, then click Done.

Please note: If you feel a contact may be missing from your list that is segmented based off of "Contact has met the workflow goal," they may not have actually met the goal. Only contacts who have been sent an email (not including internal emails) in your workflow and later go on to meet the goal criteria will be counted as meeting the workflow goal. Please click here to learn more about how HubSpot counts contacts as having met your workflow goal.
