How do I create a list of contacts who completed a workflow?

Please follow the directions detailed below to create a list of contact who have completed a workflow.

  • Go to Contacts > Lists > Click the New List button at the top-right.
  • Begin segmenting your contacts from the left-pane by selecting Workflow Status.

  • Click the radio button next Contact has completed the workflow > Choose your workflow from the drop-down menu > Click Done.
  • Click Name List and use the text box to name your list > click Save. (You'll notice this list will be a smart list by default and should remain a smart list.)

Please note that completed means the contact(s) previously joined and are no longer in the workflow, and that the contact(s) completed each workflow action.
