How do I create a list of contacts who completed a workflow?

Please follow the directions below to create a list of contacts who have completed a workflow. 

Please note: only Marketing Professional and Enterprise users can create lists based on workflow completion. Completed means the contact(s) previously joined the workflow and completed each workflow action, and is no longer in the workflow.

  • In your Marketing Professional or Enterprise account, navigate to Contacts > Lists. Click New List in the top-right corner.
  • Begin segmenting your contacts from the left sidebar menu by selecting Workflow status.

  • Click the radio button next to Contact has completed the workflow. Choose your workflow from the dropdown menu and click Done.
  • Click Name list and use the text box to name your list. Then click Save. You'll notice this list will be a smart list by default and should remain a smart list.
