If you have sent a marketing email with the Don't send to contacts with low engagement feature enabled, a list titled Contacts with low engagement will be created in your lists tool. This is a smart list that contains the contacts who would be excluded from your email send.
This list is read-only and can't be edited. If you have set the Don't send to contacts with low engagement feature to be enabled by default in your content settings, you must first disable it before you're able to delete the list.
To disable this setting:
- Navigate in your HubSpot Marketing Basic, Professional, or Enterprise account to Content > Content Settings and then click Email.
- Find the section labeled Don't send to contacts with low engagement and uncheck the box next to Enabled by default.
- You will then be able to delete this list. Please note that if you send another email with this setting enabled, the list will be recreated.
