Placing calls using your Cell Provider and Voice Over IP (VOIP) is available on the HubSpot mobile app.
- VoIP will use the minutes that are associated with your HubSpot Sales Hub account (or CRM Free account with sales tools). You will also be required to have mobile data enabled or be on WiFi to use this option.
- Cell Provider will use the minutes associated with your cell phone plan.
When you make your first call in the mobile app from a contact record, select Cell Provider or VoIP as your default calling option. After this, if you would like to change the default, navigate in the mobile app to Settings > Call Client and select your new default.
Please note: call recording is only available if you are using VoIP. VoIP will only be available if you are a Sales Hub Professional user.
