Placing calls using your Cell Provider and Voice Over IP (VOIP) is available on the HubSpot Mobile app.
- VoIP will use the minutes that are associated with your HubSpot Sales account. You will also be required to have mobile data enabled or be on WiFi to use this option.
- Cell Provider will use the minutes assoicated with your cell phone plan.
When you make your first call in the mobile app from a contact record, you will see the option to select Cell Provider or VoIP as your default calling option. After this, if you would like to change the default, navigate in the mobile app to Settings > Call Client and select your new default.
Please note: VoIP will only be available if you are a HubSpot Sales Pro user.
