Why don't I see the HubSpot Agency Partner Certification in my learning center?

The HubSpot Agency Partner Certification is only available to partner Self-Purchase Portals with at least one account user who has already passed the HubSpot Marketing Software Certification exam and practicum. The user who passes the Agency Partner Certification exam for their agency does not have to be the same user who passed the HubSpot Marketing Software Certification.

Why can't I access the partner project templates?

If you encounter an error when copying partner campaign kits or projects to your portal, ensure that you have marketing access and partner employee user permissions.

Please note: users must have admin access with Add and edit users permissions to be able to grant and modify user permissions. If you do not have admin access, ask an admin in your portal to grant you marketing access and partner employee user permissions.
