Set up communication preferences for registered leads

Customize HubSpot's level of engagement with your registered leads.

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon settings in the main navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Partners.
  • In the Communications section, Set communication preferences for leads setting:
    • Click to toggle the first switch on to allow HubSpot to contact your registered leads before they show any interest in HubSpot or become a customer. If your leads respond with interest, you'll be the recommended partner for onboarding and inbound growth services.
    • Click to toggle the second switch on to allow HubSpot to contact your registered leads after they have shown interest in HubSpot. This includes your leads viewing the HubSpot pricing page, requesting a HubSpot demo, or signing up for the HubSpot CRM.
