Why am I unable to access the partner project templates?

If you are trying to copy one of the partner campaign kits or projects to your portal, but are receivng an error, please make sure that you have the correct partner user permissions. Please note that you must be an Account Administrator to be able to modify user permissions. 

To update your permissions:

  • Navigate in HubSpot to the Account menu > Settings.

  • Select Users on the left hand side and click the pencil icon next to your user to edit your permissions.

  • Make sure that Marketing Administrator AND Partner Employee are selected.
  • Click Next and then Finish
