Why am I unable to access the partner project templates?

If you are trying to copy one of the partner campaign kits or projects to your portal, but are receivng an error, please make sure that you have the correct partner user permissions. Please note that you must be an Admin with Add and edit users access to be able to modify user permissions. 

To update your permissions or the permissions of another user on your team:

  • Navigate in HubSpot to Account menu > Settings.

  • Select Users & Teams on the left sidebar menu.
  • Click your name or the name of the user whose permissions need to be edited. 

  • Go to the Marketing and Partner tabs and toggle the Marketing access and Partner employee switches to on. 
  • Click Save
