Analyzing paid LinkedIn campaigns in HubSpot's Ads tool

To analyze your paid campaigns in HubSpot:

  • Navigate to Reports > Ads.
  • At the top of your Ads Dashboard, click on the Manage tab.
  • Locate the name of the desired campaign, and click on its name to access it.

At the top of the campaign management page you’ll have the ability to filter your campaign data by date and to add content or edit targets/bidding for the campaign you’re analyzing, as well as the spend and ROI. This panel also includes a blue/grey toggle that indicates the current status of the campaign, blue for active and gray for paused. You can click the toggle to either pause the campaign or to enable a campaign.

The next data set on the page includes the cumulative data collected for the campaign. It includes the campaign’s current impressions, clicks, conversions, MQLs, and any customers closed attributed to that campaign. 

The data table below includes all of the information we’ve collected about each piece of content or ad associated with that campaign. You can see the content for the ad, the featured image (if there is one), any links, social actions, CTR, CPC, impressions, clicks, conversions, MQLs, customers and the ROI of each item. Like the toggle beside the campaign name in the first data panel, you can pause or enable a specific piece of content or ad by toggling the button next to the ad content.
