Why am I not seeing any page visits even though the HubSpot tracking code is firing on my website?

Last updated: February 16, 2016

If you do not see any new website visits on your Dashboard or Reports > Sources (which is where the Dashboard pulls analytics from), but the HubSpot Tracking code is firing on your website pages, you may need to just change your Target Domain settings.

For example, your website may be hosted at www.domain.com and you have a redirect from domain.com (without the www) to www.domain.com. If your Target Domain is set to domain.com then HubSpot will not be able to provide the proper analytics because the HubSpot Tracking code is firing on www.domain.com not domain.com.

To change this, go to Reports > Reports Settings > Target Domain > Change the domain to include the 'www' > Save
