Can I get a refund for the template or module I purchased in the Marketplace?

Templates and modules are bought directly from third-party designers who list their templates in the Marketplace. Please contact the provider of the template to discuss getting a refund.

To do so:

  • In your HubSpot Marketing Hub Basic, Professional, or Enterprise account, navigate to Marketing > Files and Templates > Marketplace.
  • Click the Purchased tab, then click the name of the template or module. 
  • Click Email support in the right sidebar to contact the provider.
