Can I stop an import from Salesforce?

If you started and import of contacts or leads into HubSpot from Salesforce and need to stop the import in progress, you can do so by disabling your Salesforce integration for approximately an hour.

To disable your Salesforce integration temporarily, follow the instructions below:

  • In your HubSpot account, click your photo or avatar in the top right-hand corner, then click Integrations.

  • Within the Salesforce section of the Integrations page, click Settings.

  • At the top of the page there's a toggle button that appears blue when Salesforce sync is enabled. Slide the blue toggle button to the left to disable the integration.
