Can I stop an import from Salesforce?

If you began importing contacts or leads into HubSpot from Salesforce and need to stop the import in progress, you can do so by disabling your Salesforce integration for approximately an hour.

To disable your Salesforce integration temporarily, follow the instructions below:

  • From your HubSpot account, click Account Menu > Integrations.

  • Within the Salesforce section of the Integrations page, click Settings.

  • At the top of the page there's a button turned to ON and you should see the Salesforce Sync is Enabled - click this button to OFF to temporarily disable Salesforce Sync.
