How can I tell if my contact has synced with Salesforce?

If you're unsure whether or not your HubSpot contact record has successfully synced to Salesforce, you can verify the contact has synced in a couple different places.

First, you can see this from the contact overview:

  • Navigate to your contacts:
    • In your HubSpot Marketing account, navigate to Contacts > Contacts.
    • In your HubSpot Sales account, navigate to Contacts.
  • Click on the name of your contact.
  • Locate the Salesforce Sync section on the left-hand side of the contact record. If you see a green checkmark along with a success message, this means that your contact has synced with Salesforce.

Second, you can see this from the contact's property history:

  • Navigate to your contacts:
    • In your HubSpot Marketing account, navigate to Contacts > Contacts.
    • In your HubSpot Sales account, navigate to Contacts.
  • Click on the name of your contact.
  • Locate the About section on the left-hand side of the contact record and click View property history.
  • Use the search bar at the top to locate and review the Last Salesforce Sync Time property.
