How will a Salesforce Owner be recognized by HubSpot?

HubSpot recognizes Salesforce Standard, PowerPartner, Guest, and Queue users as Salesforce Owners when:

  • They are added as a user in HubSpot via the Add Salesforce users button on the users screen in HubSpot.
    • In HubSpot, navigate to the Account Menu > Settings > Users & Teams. Click Create user.
    • Towards the bottom, click Or import from Salesforce. (Note: this option will only appear if there are owners in Salesforce that have not been added to HubSpot already).


    • Select the users you'd like to add, and then click Done

  • Or, the new Salesforce user owns a record that then syncs to HubSpot
