Is there an option to be notified via email when my HubSpot-Salesforce connector is suspended?

By default, the HubSpot-Salesforce connector will send an email to the integration user, as well as to the last three integration users, when your connector is suspended over 4 hours. If you would like to see who the current integration user is, simply follow the steps below.

  • Within HubSpot, navigate to your Account Menu > Integrations
  • Click Settings in the Salesforce section.
  • In the General tab under Salesforce Credentials you will find the username of the current integration user.
