In May of 2015, HubSpot signed a comprehensive 5 year ISV agreement with Salesforce. As a HubSpot customer, you might be wondering what this tangibly means for you. Here, we’ll boil it down to a few important details.

  • To start, the agreement is a sign of our commitment at HubSpot, and the commitment of the team at Salesforce, to work together to best serve our joint customers. At HubSpot, we continue to invest in a fast, reliable, and feature-rich integration with Salesforce, and there are no plans for that to change.
  • Another important benefit - Salesforce Professional Edition subscribers can integrate HubSpot with their Salesforce instance with no need to purchase API access. This is a benefit provided to joint HubSpot and Salesforce customers as a condition of our ISV agreement.
